• Functions and advantages - the applicator A 1000 represents, in combination with the thermal printers A2+, A4+ and A6+, the most economic solution for both semi-automatic labelling and the integration into automated production lines.

• Pre-dispense key - tests the labelling function. At the first operation the label is printed and then transferred via the applicator. By pushing the button again the label is applied.
• Air service unit - the mounting takes place directly on the printer. The micro strainer prevents contamination, the compressed air regulator guarantees the labeling quality.
• High process reliability - the supporting air jet streaming, the vacuum and the speed of the cylinder are adjustable. For highly sensitive products and packaging the pressure to apply labels can be reduced to less than 1 kg.
• Real-time labelling - labels with a height of 25 - 200 mm and with a width of 25 - 176 mm can be applied.
• Quick assembly - like any other accessory, the applicator is plugged into the printer with two stoppers and can be attached with only one screw.
• Digital I/O-Interface - The master (e.g. PLC) starts or stops the labelling process. The status and error messages are issued at the same time.
